• Agent: a BIV/IPI-recognised estate agent presented via the platform
• Platform: the website and related digital services

3. Services

We offer: comparison of BIV/IPI-recognised estate agents, free valuations, informational content, and introductions between users and agents. The service is free for sellers.

4. Use and user obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Interact respectfully with agents and other users
• Do not misuse the platform or use it for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Comply with applicable law

5. Intermediary role and liability

ImmoMakelaarVergelijker acts solely as an intermediary. We are not a party to contracts concluded between users and agents and are not liable for the quality of the agents' services, damage arising from those contracts, or technical interruptions of the platform.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the platform (texts, images, logos, software) is owned by ImmoMakelaarVergelijker or used under licence. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

7. Privacy

The processing of your personal data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Consumers and disputes

Belgian law applies. In the event of a dispute we aim for an amicable solution; failing that, the Belgian courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you may also contact the Consumer Mediation Service (consumentenombudsdienst.be) or the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr).
