3. What data do we collect?
Identification data: first and last name, email address, phone number (optional).
Property information: postal code and municipality, property type, sale status and timing.
Technical data: IP address, browser and device information, navigation behaviour (only with your consent to cookies).

7. Transfers outside the EEA
Some processors are located outside the European Economic Area (notably in the United States). Those transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, supplemented with appropriate technical and organisational safeguards. Our database, hosting and product analytics run on EU servers.
8. Retention periods
- Lead data: up to 2 years after your last interaction
- Billing and accounting data: 7 years (legal obligation)
- Consent log (cookies): 12 months or until withdrawal
- After withdrawal of consent or a deletion request: immediate deletion, subject to statutory retention obligations
