Asbestos inventory

Since 2022, an asbestos certificate is mandatory for homes built before 2001.

When is an asbestos survey mandatory?

For homes built before 2001 and during renovations that may disturb asbestos-containing materials.

What does an asbestos survey cost?

Between €200-500 depending on the size of the property and the number of materials to be examined.

How long does the survey take?

The on-site survey takes 1-2 hours; you receive the report within 5-10 working days.

What if asbestos is found?

Not all asbestos needs to be removed. Encapsulation or regular monitoring is often sufficient.
