2. HOW TO APPLY?

STEP 1: Find a Certified Energy Assessor

• Google: "Certified Energy Assessor [Your City]"
• Websites: energielabel.be, epcwaarde.be
• Cost: €100-€200 (Standard rate!)

STEP 2: Submit Your Request

• Call or email the energy assessor
• Provide PROPERTY DETAILS (Square metres, insulation, etc.)
• Schedule the inspection (1-2 hours!)

STEP 3: PROPERTY INSPECTION

• The assessor visits your property
• Measures everything (windows, doors, insulation, etc.)
• Takes 1-2 hours

STEP 4: Receive the Report

• 1-2 weeks after the inspection
• Digital + printed copy
• Label A-G (A = BEST, G = WORST!)

STEP 5: Payment

• Usually right after receiving the report
• €100-€200
• Digital payment
