The post-intervention file (postinterventiedossier, PID) brings together all the technical data of a building. It is mandatory for every sale of a home whose construction or renovation started after 1 May 2001.
What is in a PID?
The file includes structural plans, technical data sheets of the materials used, invoices and guarantees. It helps future owners or contractors carry out maintenance or renovation work safely.
